Welcome to every player, family, coach, referee and volunteer joining us. Whether this is your first time playing with us or you're coming back for more, we're glad you're here.
A league runs on volunteers. To everyone giving their time to coach, referee, keep score or help set up: thank you. None of this happens without you.
Our goal
It's simple. We want every player to have a great experience, and to walk away with friendships, memories and a love of the game that lasts long after the final game.
That's where our name comes from. To elevate is to lift up, and we want to lift every player: their skills, their confidence and their character. Not just the fastest player on the field, everyone on it.
What we believe
Everyone plays
Every player gets fair playing time, whatever their skill level. Nobody signs up to watch from the sideline.
Coaches set the tone
A player's experience is shaped more by their coach than anything else. We ask coaches to remember the influence they have, on their own team and on the team across the field.
Close games are better games
Lopsided scores aren't fun for anyone. When a game gets one-sided, we expect coaches to adjust, rotate positions and keep it competitive. Our mercy rule backs that up.
Respect for everyone
Many of our referees are young and still learning, some as young as 13. Encourage them, support them, and let them grow. We have zero tolerance for abuse of players, coaches, referees or spectators.
